- How do I know my milk is the milk being used in my jewelry?
- From start to finish, your milk is attached to your order using a numbering system. Your milk will never come in contact with other milk.
- What type of metal is the jewelry made from?
- All of the pieces we currently carry are 925 Sterling Silver. Most pieces can come gold or rose gold plated.
- What happens to my leftover milk?
- I will use 1-1.5 ounces to create the powder for your keepsake piece. Any additional milk will be disposed of. Whatever breastmilk powder is not used in your jewelry will be stored for 12 months in the event you want additional pieces made.
- What is the turnaround time?
- The current turnaround time is 6-9 weeks.
- What is your return/refund policy?
- Due to the custom nature of each piece, I am unable to offer returns on any piece. Orders can be refunded up to 12 hours after submitting. Upon receipt of your completed jewelry, you have 48 hours to notify me of any concerns or questions.
- What is the tiny black square in the package for?
- This is an anti-tarnish strip protects the jewelry from tarnishing by absorbing sulphides and other pollutants in the air which cause tarnishing to occur. Keep it wherever you store your jewelry!
- Do you take custom requests?

- What methods of payment do you accept?
- Currently, my website allows for electronic payments to be made through PayPal or Venmo. If you do not have either of those, email me at journeyandjewelco@gmail.com and we can figure something out.
